Burd Song is a community arts project to create original songs from personal stories of people that identify as women, trans and/or non binary.

This site will showcase their stories of strength, along with other creative pieces that will centre around natures finest entertainers... Birds!! 

 

Hopefully all the stories, music, poetry and artwork will inspire you to reach out for help if needed or if it's not the time for you at least find some comfort.

The heart of this project is a songwriting experience to provide a creative outlet through the aid of birds.  They'll be used as writing tools and as a safety blanket.  Go to songwriting for more information.
